Description:
The certificate of Non Bankruptcy confirms that a person is not under bankruptcy procedure. A Non Bankruptcy Certificate may be issued by any interested person. The certificate may be issued in Greek or English. Certificates may be issued only for persons with a Cypriot ID. For issuing a certificate, the following are required: (1) cypriot ID number and (2) the full name of the person in whose name the certififcate will be issued. Once the electronic payment is made, the certificate is sent immediately to the applicant's email. The certificate is sent by post only in case it is required signed. The applicant can print it and submit it to the Department of Insolvency for signature. The certificate which is sent electronically, is deemed authentic and does not require signature.
